What specifically does "Mass Compliant" mean?

What are the newest regulations?

I have relatives that live up that way and I need to know the local laws. Sorry, I live down South and I haven't been keeping up with the latest and greatest anti-gun regulations up north. I have family in NJ and I know you can't carry hollow point bullets, however, the Law Enforcement agencies do. I hope this 2nd Amendment issue goes all the way to the Supreme Court soon. It's way out of control.

Please advise.

The regulations themselves govern what handguns can be sold in MA by licensed dealers. The regulations do not concern what you currently own, or transport into or through MA.
