New low cost AR scope wanted

I have a M&P SPX AR15 and I am currently running a red dot on it. It works fine for CQB work but I'd like to mount something that will go out a little further . I have tried an old 4x32 just to see what it could do and was less than pleased. Here's what I'd like.

-Vairable power more than 4 (maybe 3-10 or 4-9)
-Mil dot reticle
-30mm
-Under $150

Let me know what you think gentlemen. Thanks.

On 16" carbines, I use 1.5-5x32 or 2-6x32. I don't need a MilDot for a 250 yard carbine. On 20" rifles, mostly 3-9x?? whatever I have on the shelf but still no MilDot since I don't consider the 223 to have enough range to make the clutter in the scope worth the aggravation.

I used to have a Leupold VX-I 3-9x scope on my AR. Ran about $200 plus rings. Could probably find a used one in your price range.

If you decide you really want a high power scope on your AR, this scope comes close to what you wanted but it is 1" and not 30mm. Check out the Mueller 4.5-14 APV http://www.midwayusa.com/viewproduc...- 12X and Greater-_-PriceCompListing-_-119797

That being said, you might want to look into a 2-7 scope if you are only going out to 250 yards. The Vortex Viper 2-7x32 on closeout at SWFA is an awesome scope for AR's. It has great class and construction.
