New laws via law suit threat/ Mass is stupid.

The current trend scares me. Congress makes laws. The Executive branch enforces laws. Well, the executive branch seems to have forgotten the whole separation of power, checks and balances etc.. They are now making indirect laws via lawsuit threats. The lawyers have taken over the world! Clinton can't make laws, then what do you call executive decrees? Laws. What do you call sentences from the Democrats that begin with "if you don't do XYZ, then we will sue your A$$." Laws. Look at Mass. Their A*hole General has made laws by virtue of law suit threats.

The country is overrun by uneducated lawyers. Great, just great. People with kids, teach them, don't depend on the public education system, don't let your kids be taking into the collective and made into a borg!!!

Things that no high school student in the US now knows:

1) The 3 country with the highest per capita gun ownership (Israel, Switzerland, Finland) also are in the top 5 for safest country. On a side note, Texas is one of the safest states and it has one of the highest gun ownership per capita ratios.
2) We live in a Republic, not a democracy. Democracy sucks, 51% controls the other 49%. We are seeing it now! 51% who are anti gun get to dictate for the other 49% who are pro self defense.
3) IRS = government mofia. Lawyers = government attack dogs.
4) Clinton is a threat to the fabric of American freedom
5) Hillary is a threat to capitalism
6) Al Gore didn't invent the internet, and is willing to see this country to the UN if the UN will promise to guard the spotted owls. He is made of card board, and proof that aliens do do experiments on humans.
7) Guns don't kill people, IDIOTS who pull triggers with the barrels of a gun pointed at a person, is what kills people. Well, technically, it's copper moving at 1300ft/s that kills people, but most high schools under the new education system don't know any physics... They can't even read at a 6th grade level. Social promotion sucks.
8) There are more deaths that occur on bikes than deaths by guns every year.
9) There are more pool drownings than deaths by guns amongst kids.
10) Sharon Stone used a gun in multiple occasions to defend herself.
11) Sharon Stone still has a few guns she hasn't turned in, despite her lies.
12) Diane F**stein, our hypocritical Senator from California preaches that there should be mass gun control, but she herself has a CCW. When asked why, her answer was "Well, the cops can't be around to protect me all the time, so I need to take it upon me to protect myself." When asked if this should be something afforded to the common citizen, the right to protect themselves, her answer is "Well, no, they aren't important people like me, I'm a senator. I'm a target, they aren't."

Stuff like that, we need education, otherwise there will be a revolution. And it will be a cold day in hell before I live here and let the US turn into Auzzie; basically where the citizens turn in their guns and make themselves like unarmed sheep in the midst of well armed criminal wolves.

So now that I've vented a little. I'd just like to say, to Mass's A** General, you are stupid. You are a threat to this country and the very freedom you hide behind you are trying to destroy. I only pray to God that you don't get your house broken into and your attacker has a knife to your wife's throat, and you feel so helpless and wish at that moment you had a gun.

To both senators in California. You both SUCK. You hypocrits. If I saw either of you walking down the street, I would cross the street just to spit on you two.

Comments?

Texas does have a high rate of gun deaths.

I had heard Afganistan had the highest rate of gun ownership.

"There are more deaths that occur on bikes than deaths by guns every year." If you mean accidental deaths, sure, but I doubt this is also true for suicides and murder too.

Albert,

This editorial was in my morning paper today:
http://www.omaha.com/Omaha/OWH/StoryViewer/1,3153,332279,00.html

The last two sentences really made me think that a few folks "get it".

I'll copy them for those that don't want to read the entire editorial.

A society that cowers before an object is a society that conditions its youth for intimidation. Far better to teach the reality of guns, and then deal with it instead of running from it.

BTR,
You are correct. Texas has a lot of killings
with weapons of all types. I'm a Texan,
born and raised, so this is not news.
However, there is nothing wrong with shooting
as long as the right person gets shot!

Texas has a lot of shooting deaths, so does California. I'll bet you though that you can find more "justified" shootings in Texas vs. the so called gang shootings in California.

And I'd rather live in Texas where a law abiding citizen can get a CCW. Most places in California a CCW is harder to get than winning the lottery.
