New Italian 19th Century Revolver Replicas

I hope that this is not an asinine question but if an Italian CAS revolver is marked .357 Magnum, .45 Colt or .38 Special for example, does this mean that the weapon is able to handle regular loads as well? Or is it only designed to fire the weaker CAS loads for the particular caliber(s) stamped on the revolver?
