New gun

I asked a week or so ago some opinions about a new 9mm. I went outside the and followed my wallet for once and so far very happy. I purchased a Canik pf9sa it just felt good in my hand. Out the box I cleaned and went to the range. I shot 115gr brassmaxx, 115gr rem and 115 perfecta. Result the same shot 50 rounds of each flawlessly. 10 yds off hand held 2-3" groups at 25 off bench same groups. Loved the sights and has the best trigger I ever shot about 4lbs. Does anyone else have one? What is your experiences? Oh did I mention out the door was $375

Just got my Canik. $340 Buds. (Not a CZ 75 clone.) Exceptional value and amazing trigger.

It looks more like they were peeping over Walther's fence than CZ. Looks like a neat pistol and the OP did right firing 150 rounds on his first range trip finding function to be 100%. enjoy.

As a collector of many firearms I have found I have found the Canik SA to be an outstanding value pistol. It comes with mags, grip adapter, and a holster. The tan finish is flawless .Most unique with the decocker switch on top of the slide that disable the trigger. This allows for easy disassembly with out pulling the trigger like a Glock. It takes considerable pressure so it is impossible to accidently bump decocker. To cock after diabled, it only takes about a 3/8" pull on the slide. Very comfortable fit to my hand. The trigger pull is most outstanding. I have put 100 round of mixed brand ammo through it without any issues. Nice sights and balance. - See more at: http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/...DN+TP9SA+9MM+WCSE+DESERT#sthash.o8O0OtVS.dpuf

At least no one has the balls copies Colts 1911A!

i had a a TP-9 (the forefather of the TP-9SA) since they jumped off the boat! 3 years ago
but here are my feelings and i hope not to ruffle any feathers.....
i love my TP-9 with its P99 like trigger and decocker
but..... the TP-9 SA
could only be a range gun for me
if its decocked and holstered, then you draw aim and pull the trigger, what do you get?
nothing !!!

i know from my over 10,000 rounds thru my TP-9 that it is a well built, well fit gun of great value and reliablity

but i couldn't train my self to carry in condition 2 (yes in a malfunction situation i could handle it)

im sorry to say, unless i was just after a range gun
i wouldnt be buying one, and my TP-9 is a great range gun, never misses a beat
and even though its a big gun it carrys great in the P99 holster i had made for it

A buddy of mine has a TP-9 (not the S/A version), and it is a pretty nice shooter. We switched at the range the other day - I shot his TP-9 and he shot my P-07. We both had a good time.

You guys see that there's a new version of the TP-9 that was just released to the public? The TP-9v2. It's a DA/SA gun that's a revamp of the original TP-9. What's new is the gun has the same frame as the TP-9SA. It is shorter than the SA model, though (same barrel length as the original TP-9). The trigger has been totally reworked...DA is supposedly very smooth, even if long (standard for DA). SA is just as good as in the TP-9SA.

It looks to be selling at a similar price point as when the TP-9SA was selling when it was first released. Street price can be between $330 to $370.

I already have two TP-9SAs...I might sell one of them to finance a TP-9v2, though. Oh, and the TP-9SA and TP-9v2 can share mags.
