New Grip for Taurus .44

I have a Taurus .44 Mag, with a 4 inch barrel and want to put on a new grip. The factory ones are OK, but they feel just a little too small for me and get painful after only a few rounds.
Anyone have any recomendations on what kind of grip would be best for felt recoil reduction and comfort?

I've got a Taurus 608 which is an 8 shot .357 built on a very large frame. I'm guessing that yours is built on the same or very similar frame...

I can't find grips for it at all. Well, Hogue makes some exotic hardwood grips for it but they're around $100. Not worth it to me...

Hopefully, you'll be luckier than me in finding grips. Check Ebay.

I've got a Taurus M44 in a 3", that I put Houge's hardwood grips on. They cost me about $ 60.00 from Midway USA. They look great and the extra length helps alot.
