Let me start off by saying that I really like Glocks and have owned a bunch of them in the past...I really like the newer model Glocks cause you can throw a Tac light on the rails...The only gun I own right now is my FG/R G23 w/night sites...It only has about 500rnds thru it with no problems whatsoever...The reason I got the 23 was because it seemed to be the perfect combo of size...power and weight...The only bad thing is that hands dont seem to fit the grooves to well...If I go to the range and shoot 2 or 3 boxes...my hand actually feels kinda sore... My old Sigs and Hk's never did this...It may be due to the fact that the gun is mid-sized and I have large hands...The larger frame FG/R Glocks feel a little better to me but not by much...I think I like the older smooth grip Glocks better...Anyway...I currently have deposits on three guns...A Walther P99 in 40....An older West German Sig 226 in 9mm and most recent...An older smooth grip G17...All 3 of these guns have one thing in common...They feel downright sweet in my hands...Damn...I dont know whether to just keep the 23 and deal with it or trade it in on something a little more comfortable...I've been thinking about a getting a Sig 220 or maybe another HK of some sort but I just dont know...What would you guys do ?? Thanks...

File the damn things off. That's what I did. Get a fine edged file and just work on it. You will be pleased. Then just slip a rubber grip sleave on it for good measure
