A noted statistician has made calculations on all the different factors exsisting with the Palm Beach vote irregularities. The analysis is insightfull and illustrates an attempt by Palm Beach canvassing officials to tamper with the voting process in favor of Gore thru the use of double punched ballots. QA managers who are statisticians are yet another reason test pilots wear parachutes. Statistics can indicate a likelyhood of something but can never prove it.

In this case I agree with most of his presentation.
