New England Fire Arms Co

Yes, I have a New England Fire Arms Co. .38 revolver in pieces. I was wondering if anyone could tell me more about this pistol or where to get a manual or some documentation on it.
There are no model numbers of any kind. I don know if all the parts are here so any information will help. Thanks Mike

New England Firearms bought some of the assets of H&R, and made some similar guns. I didn't know they made a .38, though they made both .22 and .32 H&R caliber revolvers. There is/was also an outfit called New England Arms Corp., which is an importer, though mostly of shotguns.

Marlin has now bought out H&R-1871, but has not taken over the handgun line.

I don't know who would have a manual, but any competent gunsmith should be able to reassemble that revolver.
