New Eagle brand mags?

Anybody know anything about this brand of mag? I was looking on cdnninvestment.com and saw these under the taurus section for mags. They show an 18rnd mag for the 92 model. Haven't ordered any since I'm not familiar with them. Any recommendations?

I just bought 3 18rd eagle mags for my p226 from cdnn on thursday. I'll try to remember to post once I try them out. I asked about the same question as you did on a bunch of boards. But pretty much nobody has used them. So I said what the heck. At 14 bucks a pop theyre worth a try (if they are still on sale there). As far as the mags for you're 92 I am pretty confident that they should work fine for you. My cousin has a stainless 92fs and he has one of the 18rd eagle mags (actually fits and feeds 19rds) It hasn't missed a beat yet. Probably wouldn't bet my life on them but they should be fine for range mags.

I read about the Eagle Alpha mags (held 19 rounds) for Sigs, S&Ws, and Beretta/Taurus pistols in 1995, but could not get in touch with them. They had moved or something, and all that I had was the phone number. I got lucky when a friend of mine had a magazine with their mailing address. I mailed them and received an address and business card of a man that supposedly bought up their stock of magazines.
I called him and he had them, but they were in storage (guy sold sporting goods) and to try later. I guess I tried contacting him too late, because I got a disconnected phone number notice with no available number.
The only other information I had gotten on the magazine was that it was constructed like a Ram Line mag (used a constant force spring), and that one owner of an Eagle mag had a rivet or pin break (he did not indicate where on or in the mag) after a time and it stopped functioning. While I am cautious of the mags because of a lack of information, I ordered a couple last week myself for my Sig.

I just got the mags I ordered. They do fit 19rds but a little snug. They are only made for 18rds. I tried them out and they function just fine. I haven't had any trouble with them yet at all. They have a but plate on them and that is the only thing that sticks out. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. Well worth 14 piece. They also have the "zipper" welding along the back of the mag similar to factory p226 mags

I have received mine as well. They seem to be of a thinner metal than the factory ones, and it looks like the feed lips might be more fragile than the factory mags. I had trouble with getting one of the magazines to lock into the well, but tapping the the base and the rear of the magazine fixed the problem. I think that one of the cartridges might get in the way of the the magazine release catch and requires being tapped back against the back of the magazine body to clear it away from the magazine body's release/lock cuts.
