New Dillon XL750 Case feed issue

I have 2 XL650 presses and consider myself proficient with these machines for 5 years.

Today I helped my cousin set up his new 750 machine (9MM)
Once we had it set up ( don't like the new primer system) once we had it setup we had a PROBLEM.

Last thing was to load some brass.
Put about 75 round of nickel brass and the plate keeps binding up at about 2 clock position, at any speed.

Pulled the plate and it does say small pistol. I have never had a problem with the case feeders. Any one have any idea where to look?

Did you install the green bushing? Also could be an adjustment. I’ve also seen a video where people loading 9mm add a washer under the plastic small plate to keep it from binding.
