Went to a gun show today to look at Sigs and left with a new CZ75B Mil.1 -10 round mag and 1 -15 round mag for 325.00.
The action felt nice and Iliked the way it felt in the hand. Can anyone give me an idea on what I should expect for accuracy?
Thanks

Expect excellent accuracy!

A 9mm CZ will get about the same accuracy as a 9mm Sig Sauer. I shoot the CZ a little better, but others shoot the Sigs a little better. That point is, overall the accuracy between the P226 and CZ 75B in 9mm is about the same.

Mine is very accurate. Exellent pistol for the money. Now you will want to find some different grips. I couldn't stand the plastic thumbrest grips. They went in the trash as soon as I could find another pair. I got uncle mike's. Mark

Trust me, you'll like the accuracy of the CZ75. I have been -very- impressed with all of my CZs. Personally, I think they're one of the best deals going these days.

Congratulations!

Sounds just about exactly like the deal I got, also at a gun show. Bought it almost on a whim, and have been glad ever since. Mine is also very accurate, the only gun I have that will beat it is a BHP 9mm, and not by much. I also replaced the grips soon after I bought it, went with thin coco-bolo wood & it's now the best lookin' gun I have as well. As the others said, this gun is a great value as well as a solid, accurate pistol. You done good. Enjoy!

Something like this, maybe? :D

ammo

A question for all of you. What has your cz been most accurate with? Mine has been with hornady 115 jhp. Tried the corbon but it opened up considerably. Gold dot and golden sabre a close tie but not as good as the hornady.

I have yet to shoot anything other than cheap practice FMJ through mine. I haven't used any high quality ammo in it yet. The best group came from Winchester "white box" 115gr FMJ so far.

shot it today

I shot some blazer ammo thru it today.2 inch groups at 15 yards offhand and I'm not a great pistol shot by any means.I love it.
I don't understand why more people don't buy these.I think they're a great buy for the money. Thanks to all who replied.

Slowly but surely more and more people are finding out what a value the CZ75B's are by word of mouth. Only reason I'm selling my Satin Nickel CZ75B in .40S&W in the For Sale Forum here on TFL (I know I know.. cheap advertizing ploy :D), is because I have a craving for a Glock model 30 and plan to replace the CZ I sell with the Compact BD "Carry." The Compact BD "Carry" (Also chambered in .40S&W) is not due to be released until late this year or early 2002. I'm suspecting the latter..

Now is the time to buy a CZ!!!

I expect the prices on these pistols to escalate about 5 - 10% per year over the next 5 years. The popularity is growing here in the states and the demand will definitely grow...as it should. These are really well made guns.

I am quite happy with my CZ comp guns. Incredible accuracy! Next, I will probably need to get a CZ to use as a plinker that can be abused. I'm sure it will outshoot the customized P228 I have.
