Took the new toy to the range today to try out for the first time. Fed it a diet of Winchester, PMC and Federal 115 grain FMJ and it liked all of them. Accuracy was good with any round fired.
The trigger on this thing takes a bit of getting used to. When you pull it single action you can see the hammer coming back a slight bit more before the sear turns it loose. First order of business is going to be to have that fixed to smooth out the pull.
Even with the trigger the way it is I was able to hit good with it after I fired about 100 rounds and got good and used to it. My last string was at 25 feet and all 15 shots went into a round group the size of a half dollar.
All the reports from others of excellent accuracy with this pistol were not exagerated. I was able to get smaller groups with this new pistol than the Taurus PT-92 I have owned for years and am -very- used to. I can wait to get the trigger work done and see what it will do then.
Now I've -got- to save up for that CZ97 in .45ACP. If it's the same quality as the CZ75B I have the feeling I'll be very happy with it in my collection.
