i just got my Cabela's ad in the mail and they will have the Hi-Point 995TS on sale for $209 starting March 3rd-13th. just thought i'd give the potential 995TS buyers a heads up. i'm located in Texas, so I don't know if the ad would be for the whole US.

*I've had my 995TS for about 3 months now, and have fired over 1000 rounds without any problems. At 25 yards, it shot 2-3 inch size groups.*
 
They also have the Thompson Center Venture Predator with scope for $599,
not a bad price IMO. Thompson has put out some nice rifles recently.
 
Anyone have any review for the Hi-Point 995TS? I wouldnt mind picking one up for that price if its a nifty little gun.

Cabela's is so full of it. What sales???? They are so full of it. The big buddy heater I bought from them last year ($129.00 retail for $89.00 on sale) is now $149.99 retail $119.95 on sale. The same thing on all of the items in the sale paper. Do they think all their customers are idiots?? Must be.

Well my local cabelas isnt running the sale. Only local for you there bud. I think i may buy one friday since ill be there at 250. Seem like a fun rifle
 
Jim243 - I must be an idiot, because I don't get your point. It looks like the price went up this year, which really isn't much of a surprise...:confused:
 
No you are not. It burns my but that they think they can get away with calling it a sale, just because they raised the price to charge you more than they did last year. That is why they are full of it and think we all are stupid. The cost to them has not gone up, but to hell with the customers in trying to keep their costs down. I would not be supprised to see them file a chaper 13 to get rid of their debt from mis-management. That's why 90% of my shopping is done at Sportsmans Guide, Cheaper than Dirt and yes even Midway USA.
