New Cabelas in Tulalip Washington

April 18th is the Wednesday that the new Cabela's will be opening! I am hoping to get a job there as I have applied and have a Employee Candidate Number! I know this anouncement really only applied to people is a certain region but I thought it worth mentioning.
I got my DPMS Panther with the A3 upper that was recommended to me by some guys on this sight and my new NcSTAR SCOPE. I won't say anymore as this subjects should be on the rifle page.
Sincerely,
Richard

I am seriously dreading this [or at least my checkbook is]. I have found it fairly easy to avoid the trip all the way to Lacy, but my standard off island trip is down I5 from Anacortes to Monroe. May be there is a way to disable "right turns" in my Jeep from... say Mt Vernon to Everett. Good luck with the job!

Why does Cabela's hate me so???

I live almost exactly halfway between the Olympia Cabela's and the new Tulalip one, but the Olympia one will take less time to get to since I don't have to go through Seattle... So basically this new one is entirely useless to me. ARGGGH!!!

Why couldn't they have gone with Issaquah?

It'll be nice to have a larger ammo selection to choose from. But I'll likely still buy my standard stuff next door at WalMart. Because except for the annual Cabelas ammo sale Wally is cheaper on what he chooses to carry.

I will drawn to the store like a moth to flame though.

hhhmmmph! I've had nothing but good experiences with Cabela's for
a number of years. I've purchased several firearms from them as well
as accessories for various firearms. I have a set of Leupold bases and
rings on order as I type. With regard to firearms they negotiate on a
regular basis. In my experience they stand behind what they sell -- I've
seen this positive business mentality within the month. Cabela's is
a solid company-- no complaint here.

Just my .02 David :)
