New Cabela's in Marysville, Washington

My buddy spotted the building going up. He says it is "between the WalMart and the Tulalip casino" and is supposed to open in the spring of this year.

This is very good news for those of us spending time north of Seattle!

Good news for you Bart.

Now lets hope they do a better job of organizing it than the one in Lacey. The Lacey story must really be doing well, however, if they are willing to build another just North of Seattle.
 
Cabela's is cool to walk around in and look at the mounted animals, but to shop there sucks. Once and a while a couple of us jump in the truck and go out on a Sunday because it is not that far, but I really don't enjoy it. It is kind of like the WALMART of the outdoor world.
 
Gunplumber, I have always enjoyed shopping at Cabela's, even if I don't stop at the cafe for a bison-burger. YMMV of course.

The "Gun Library" is not full of books.... I haven't purchased any of those used firearms but sure have wanted to.

So far I have only shopped at the one in Lacey, and the one in Idaho that is right on the state line, east of Spokane. Both places have had some very good prices on selected ammo.
