New C&R Application

I had a C&R License back in 2012 but let it lapse because of financial issues. Now I am reapplying for another C&R license. On the form it asks you to provide your FFL if you have had one before. I don’t remember what my old C&R number was so do I just leave that blank?

If you can fit it in the box "I held an 03 FFL in 2012, number unknown"

I called the ATF’s Customer Service number today ant they where able to look my FFL number up. Apparently they keeps this information on file.
