Well, with an updated web site under control, I finally got around to the highly-suggested "Blog" thing. Time will tell what other topics will come along (several more already in mind), but it's kicked off with a little signage discussion. And a slight injection of a not-so-humble opinion in regard to the ongoing Open Carry hoopla. Comments welcome here or there. http://www.dentoncountysports.com/blog.html
 
Not a warm and fuzzy feeling

If I had a top shelf retention holster, training in weak hand/ground fighting, and less 'well seasoned' in age and dexterity, open carry might appeal to me.

I don't seem to be able to reply to your Blog. Thanks for the refresher course in history and your efforts to keep voters informed.

I think early voting is just around the corner.

Salty - Hmmmmm. Unsure of what problem is if you are unable to reply on the blog. It seems that some of the really pro OC guys from out of state did it ok. Maybe try again and then let me know here if it still no workie and I will see if I can get someone more techie than I to look into it.
 
Wow, the guys in the comments section are just not on the same page as you at all. I'm not sure they understood what you said in the slightest. They just heard "extremist" and "open carry" in the same sentence and ran with it.

Anyways, good job on the blog. Keep writing and keep gaining more followers so that more people can be educated.
