The only thing I can figure is, maybe some of the members might not care for modern inlines and might feel better if they had their own separate inline forum so the more historical bent members wouldn't have to be subjected to posts about those newfangled inlines. :D

I must admit, I am not interested in modern inline BP rifles at all. To me, they are like if John Wayne rode a zebra. Yes it's an equine and it will get you there, but it just doesn't look right.

Each to their own though. Not a bad idea to separate the modern inlines into a different forum I think.

No !!

Oh course I vote NO, in part for the following reasons:

1) What purpose would it serve?
2) Who and how would you make the cut?
3) Although they are worlds apart, they do share some common elements?
4) Too boring and would see limited participation. .....

Be Safe !!!

I allays use mi speel cheeker.

Back to topic. The modern inlines are not really "blackpowder" guns. BP can be used but for the most part (99.999% of the time) subsitutes are used in them.
IMHO, a forum titled "black powder" would relate to traditional guns.

No, because I'm a Son of Belial who is into power grabbing and I don't want to dissipate any of my virtual authority in a virtual realm (kingdom).

Actually, no because there's probably not enough interest to merit another forum. Second and the real reason is that there's no more spaces in the staph parking lot or in the staph locker room and finally, we fight among ourselves enough for the Shiner Bock Ale as there's never enough to go around.

I voted no for two reasons. The first is that even though I don't shoot them (and probably never will), I enjoy reading what others have to say, so I don't want to have to go to the trouble of looking in another forum (so, it boils down to laziness).

The second is that, as one of Gary's minions, it is my mission to help him achieve his goal of total TFL domination in the hopes that he'll toss some tiny, leftover scrap of authority my way so that I can lord it over all of the rest of you!

Some of you fella's responses really cracked me up.

Inliine's outtaline and oughta be offline.

:D:D:D

A yawl is a sailboat. "Y'all" works a whole bunch better. "Y'all's" is possessive.

Language Nazi now going for a nap...

NO. What Bill Askins said plus it would just fragment the ML community more. A few folks might have both or some in-line folks might get religion and come over to the REAL Dark Side if we're together. However, my opinion is not strong either way.

Ahhh . . . are we talking brass or steel frame inlines??? :D

I voted no - reasons - sorting through the posts really doeI sn't bother me - although I'm not in to "inlines" - you can always learn something. Everyone has their own preferences and I can't see setting them off separate . . . I'm thinking that there aren't enough to warrant a new forum on them. Personally, not every post on the forum is in regards to things I might be interested in . . . but . . as I said . . . you can always learn something. That's why I usually read them all. Just my 2 cents . . . :)

No argument with the National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association hear!
Besides, I like sliced bread! :D

Dumb inlines, ruining my day, I'm feeling like Bridger on my grullo and some guys roar past on an ATV.

Inlines, inlines, inlines. What happened to historical appreciation?

It's not all about having the most accurate rifle.

But I can't be prejudiced against inlines. In the Manifesto, as you may recall, it reminds you:

They were Born That Way. :)
