New Bee What Springfield SXS do I have

Hi I have a Springfield sxs 12ga that I need parts for b ut I do not know what model I have. I have looked through Gun Part Corp and checked all there info on this model and can not find the one I have. All the cocking lugs have a grove in the that a screw holds it into the barrel. I do not have that stile. I have a cut out that get held in by a pin in the barrel as yoiu can see from the two pics I have posted. The part I need is on the forend and I belive it is the ejector lug. All the ones in Gun Part show a bigger one that goes into the forend. Can anyone help me out to find the right model? Here are pics of the gun. Thanks for your time and great to be on here.

I believe it's a Stevens 5100.
