New 'Bean Bag' round

They always get it wrong - the photo shows a revolver round but in fact the new round is fired from a 12 ga ! I'd have to see test reports but I wonder how different it is from older bean bag 'less than lethal' rounds .Don't hurt the BG !

I can't see what advantage it would have over regular old "bean bag" rounds. I have shot a few of them and the only way I can see one being even remotely lethal is with a head shot. Even then, I figure a lethal wound would be highly unlikely.
