Hi everyone, I am in stalling a new bull barrel on a Mosin Nagant I tightened it by hand then about another eighth of a turn checked the head space with a Ptg headspace go gauge I cannot close the bolt, do I get a Finnish reamer or what ? The barrel as far as I know is fully chambered. My other question is can you recommend some one to cut the extractor cut in the barrel or can that be done on my drill press with a end mill bit? Any help is appreciated .
