New Ban List (addendum) to SB23???

So I'm in the store, trying to decide between two boxes of ammo, when I overhear a conversation.

The Clerk said that there is now a "Ban List" of Rifles, that regardless if you sawwed off the pistol grip [in California] that you have to register it.

Is this true??? If so, where can I read more about it??? Someone set me straight!!!

Tis true, tis true.... Please do a search here on TFL under Legal and Political... it was posted a few weeks back. If not try the State Attorney's office. Or maybe someone here has a better memory than I do and can post a link for you.

So what does this all mean? Does that mean my Bushmaster AR, regardless what I do, is required to be registered???

Hmmm, I know some friends in Oregon I can send this stuff to....
 
The only way "they" will know you have one of these, is if you register it. If you register it, "they" will tax it, and eventually demand that you surrender it (them).

By any reasonable interpretation, the law is Unconstitutional. No Citizen has any duty to obey an Unconstitutional law.

Only the Democrat/Communist leadership, and a few bitches support this (---!)type of law.

They must learn the error of their ways!!
