New acquisition today- WOOHOO!

I've been searching for a good, economical and reliable huntin' gun lately and today I found one at the Dallas Market Hall show.

I picked me up a used Marlin 336 lever-action in .30-30 for a STEAL! I can't wait to go shoot it. It's already got the scope rail on it, so all I hafta do is find me a good scope.

(My trigger finger's getting itchy!) :)

We're planning to start on the whitetail deer-type critters. Yes, it is her first levergun, whereas the Nagant is my first bolt-action. :D

Hmm.. I found me a brand new (NIB) X&X model 63 for $309, I plan on purchasing for my GF. This guy stocks all kinds of older guns and just happened to have one in the safe at the back of the shop with an inch of dust on it. I can't wait to pick it up! :D
