Just picked up a new 223, It has a 1 in 9 twist, I have another 223 with a 1 in 10 twist. Just wondering if the 1 in 9 would shoot the same weight bullets as well as the 1 in 10 or should I go heavier or longer?
 
Any bullet that stabilizes in the 1:10 twist should be fine in the 1:9 twist. The faster twist will allow a very slightly longer bullet to stabilize. That means you can use a longer bullet but not that you must use the longer bullet.

What he said ^^^^^^. ... I'll just add that 1:9 usually fully stabilize up to 69 gr bullets. Sometimes more, but should be good to go with same bullets as 1:10.
