A seller in CA has one for sale. But he's too far for a transfer, otherwise I would have considered this, if nothing else for its ugly uniqueness!LOL
Never have seen this one before.
The longer 4" model is quite COOL!
Anyone know more about these other than the article?

Recall Dean Grenell writing about in Gun World in the 1970s. IIRC TDA was a subsidiary of an established manufacturer.
 
I'm thinking maybe the cylinder is rubbing on the sideplate while it is swung open. If that's the case, it's not nearly as worrisome as it would be if that was somehow happening when the cylinder was closed.
 
Ugh. I vaguely remember that gun being briefly on the market. Investment cast frame/barrel shroud with a barrel liner. Something made to sell inexpensively. Something that a security guard company on a shoestring budget could buy to equip their armed officers. Shudder ...
