I need a trigger spring for a Urberti Mod.66 yellowboy. It is the older type which is a two legged leaf spring (one leg for trigger the other for the safety bar). I've tried all the parts suppliers (VTI,Numrich,Brownells etc.) and all the cowboy gun suppliers. Uberti won't reply to me. I know one is out there. Anyone?

When my youngest brother was in jr high, he was building guns.
To make springs he formed them out of tool steel, got them red hot, dropped them in a tuna can full of oil, and set the can on fire.
He is not that skinny any more.
One of the guns survived in my other brother's basement.
It was made with 56 Chev shoe brakes coil springs.
