Trying to help a friend find the value of her shotgun. Details below

Davidson
Model 63BDL
Double Barrel, Break Action
28 GA
Blued Barrel, Original Wood Stocks
Silver(?) accents on reciever
Condition: Very good (best guess NRA 90-95%)
Serial #: LI821XX
 
My year-old Blue Book (24th Ed.) doesn't list a 63BDL. It says a 63B in 95% is worth $220. This covers all the gauges, chokes and bbl. lengths. The frame is engraved and nickel plated and the stock is checkered. Mfg. - 1963-disc.

FWIW, it also lists a 63B Magnum for $310 in 95% condition.

Thanks for the info. I couldn't find info on BDL either only B. She and I work together and a customer told her the SG was in the $20k range - Which we both found hard to believe, but felt best to do some research.

Go back and see if you can swing a deal, say for about $4000. I know it would be a sacrifice, but I need the money.... :D They're happy, your happy... Don't forget to send me a commision.
