need suggestions on a rifle

I'm looking to get another rifle...I admit, I'm addicted

looking to get a 308...indoor and outdoor range shooting...I'm not a hunter...been reading a little...choosing 308 over 270 for ammo options

so I'm trying to figure out who has the best bang for the buck...I love the look of my AR so I want something with a similar look but in a 308

I'm thinking $1500 max...any suggestions?

There are a lot of quality AR-10 style rifles offered for sale these days. It is hard to go wrong with most of them.
