I intend to get an M1A rifle next month and I need to decide if I should get the standard rear sight or the National Match version. I am not familar with the match sight but I understand that it has a smaller arerature. Is this version suitable for all round practical shooting use or would I be better off sticking with the standard rear sight? Also are there any good scope mounts for the M1A that allow the iron sights to be used while the scope is attached?
