Need some Sound Tech/APR silencer info

My dad purchased a Ruger 10/22 and a suppressor about 7-8 years ago. I need help on the silencer. It has little info on it. It is a Sound Tech/APR silencer Model M. It's dimensions are about: 7" long by 1 3/8" thick. I can't find any info on Sound Tech/APR. Is this company no longer in business or has it been bought by another company?? Any help is greatly appreciated. Oh, by the way, the shop where he bought the rig went out of business last year, so they aren't any help.
 
Mark White Sound Technologies is still around, Yankee Hill Machine is mass producing his designs, I am sure he still is doing custom work.
