I'm thinking about thinning the herd to pay some bills and selling my older 870P that has a surefire foreend on it. I'm having a hard time determining what is a fair price though. The shotgun works well although it has seen plenty of use and doesn't look like a perfect safe queen. It has a 20" barrel with rifle sights, vang big button safety, and a side saddle. The hardest part though to my price puzzle is the light.
Its an older style light without the lockout switch, its more or less just a tape switch integrated into the foreend. Its old enough that the foreend itself is marked laser products (surefire's old name) and the head of the light was swapped out some years ago with one marked surefire. I can't find any lights like this for sale and haven't seen one sell used in forever. What would the value of this forearm be today? $150?
