Need some help, SBR'ing PS90

Hey guys,

I've never filed paperwork to create a SBR. I would like to SBR my PS90 but don't know what form I need to submit or how to complete that form.

Can someone give me some pointers on which form I submit (I'm using www.titleii.com for forums) and what I need to put on the form to convert a rifle to a SBR?

F1 in duplicate, CoC, $200 check made to DoJ/BATFE, trust paperwork OR CLEO signoff, passport photo, and fingerprints for the F1. :)
