Need range reports from those with the new Walther P22

Who's got information to share regarding accuracy, reliability, ergonomics, etc.? How do you campare it to other 22lr semis you've fired?

I'm looking for a reliable .22 target pistol (or revolver) and would really appreciate any info. you might have. Thanks!

Ok, here's my range report.

My P22 fits very well into my hand. It feels just like the P99 only a little smaller.

The DA basically sucks. It is very heavy and seems very long.

The SA is SWEET!! Very nice, short crisp break. In my opinion it is the only way to shoot this gun well.

Accuracy is very good, as far as I can tell. I've shot at a metal ram (measuring 8 in. high and 12 in. wide) at 25 yards and hit it 8 out of 10 times. I have not put anything on paper yet.

I've shot American Eagle 40 gr hollow points and Remington Stingers and both fed well and functioned reliably. I'm going to buy some target grade stuff one of these days and try it out. I'll let you know when I get that chance.

The quality is outstanding. What else would you expect from a German Walther?!
