Need opinions on a IWB holster for my Glock 23

Hey all - I was doing research and stumbled on these forums, so I thought I'd give them a shot and see what people had to say.

I'm LE and my department requires extra retention such as a thumb break or internal locking mechanism (such as the Blackhawk Serpa CQC holster has).

I find my OWB holster a nuisance to conceal, so I'm looking at IWB holsters with the required retention. So far I've come across a few options:

Ross leather m14 model IWB holster w/ thumb break:

Anyone have any opinions on which I should I get? Hesitiatng on the MacDaniel II because of many - but let me know if it's worth it!
