need new rest

what rest do you use, i need a better one, was using sand bags but with my 300 rum the bags keep splitting. dont need something to help with recoil like led sled,i can handle that just need a good solid rest.

My ole favorite is one I made from scrap 2x6 and some scrap carpet. Cut 4 equal pieces of 2x6 glue together wrap with carpet piece. Then I have a thin leather sand bag I set on top of it to cradle forestock

thanks i was actually looking today at a rest just like this.i really like the looks of it. and the bags look really well made

I use a shooters ridge front sandbag. Its made of leather and is very durable, of course its not adjustable though if that's something your needing.
