Need Info....Talley Scope Mounts

I hear that Talley scope mounts are the best "remove and return to zero" mounts available. I'd like further info....

Talley or Talbot?

Are you sure that the name is Talley? I know there is a company who makes a QD ring set up that was written up in Precision Shooter a few issues back called Talbot.
I think there is such a thing a Talley rings but(I think) they are not QD and are for pure benchrest rifles.

Dave and Gary Talley make some of the best ring/base combinations I have used. The QD lever rings are specific to their bases and are repeatable to 1/4 MOA in my experience. They are beautifully machined steel and I recommend them without reservation.Rob
