Don't know of any specific site for info on these. If you post serial number I can tell you date of manufacture (use XX for last two digits if it makes you nervous to post whole number).
As for value, nobody can predict what others may be willing to pay for any particular item. I have seen Officers Model Target and Officers Model Match revolvers go begging at $200 recently and I have also seen auction bids of $400+. As always, value depends on A) Condition. B) Variation. C) Features. D) Who is shopping for one at the moment. As a general rule, assuming about 90% condition on a garden-variety model, I would guess that most would sell in the $300-$400 range. A few years ago I bought a first year production .22 OMT for $375 in 95%. I later picked up a near twin in .38 for $200. That one was about 80%.
These are great guns. I recommend buying one or more if you don't have any and certainly cannot advise in favor of selling.
