Need help with single action ID

I just acquired an italian made, single action revolver in 357. It has a brass frame and a 7.5 inch barrel. It is marked: Inter Continental Arms Co. on the top of barrel, Dakota cal 357 on the side of the barrel and made in italy on the underside of the barrel. I paid 75 clams for it and am unable to locate it in my blue book.
Thanks, Boo

Hi, Boo,

Dakota is in my copy of the Blue Book with the information that the curren importer is E.M.F., Inc., in Santa Ana, CA. It also says that most Dakota SAA's have been made by Armi San Marco, which is (IMO) not as good as Uberti, but of reasonable quality

There are a bunch of different models but with no other markings or engraving, and brass straps, it is likely the Old Model SAA. The prices listed for that range from $325 or so for 100% down to $120 for 60%, so unless yours is a real dog, you did all right.
