Need help with manufacture date on Colt Python

I'm looking at possibly purchasing a used Python, 6" barrel and blued. Its supposed to be in near perfect condition. I'm assuming at least 98%. Serial number is T458xx. Can anyone tell me when it was manufactured? Also, how good of a deal is it at $650. I really don't want to buy unless its a really good deal because I wasn't looking to spend that much money right now. Thanks.
 
$650 for a near perfect Python is a fair price in my area. Not a steal, not a rip-off. I see a lot of Pythons in near perfect condition with price tags around $800, I just don't see them being sold!
 
My listing only goes to 1972 and doesn't have a "T" series of numbers, so your gun was made after 1972. You could check with Colt's Customer Service online for more information.
