Need help with Fobus holster

I bought a fobus holster for my P22. I have been practicing drawing, but have had no luck in removing the pistol from the holster. I've have tried the snappy movement as suggested in the instructions (i finally gave in and read them) with no luck. Everytime I just end up lifting my belt or pants up. There is no tension screw on the holster. Does anyone have any ideas?

stuck

Gently sandpaper the area inside the holster that secures the gun (normally around its trigger guard).
Test-draw frequently.

Chant "I can always take more off".

RE: Holster problems

Once you break the holster in, it tends to get easier. I have one for my 1911 and it was hard at the beginning but it worked in. However if this does not work, I would recommend the sandpaper. If your uncomfortable with this method, try contacting fobus they have some great customer service.

Have you tried silicone or WD-40 yet? I would lube it before taking away any material, once it gets loose you can't sand it back on.

Armor all

Try Armor all.

I was having the same issue with my G34. On a Fobus.

If you armor all the inside of the Fobus - let it dry, then try drawing.

Its NIGHT and DAY.

+1 on armor all. also fobus rigs take awile to break in. Ive had mine for my G17 about three years now and its just getting to where i like it the best.
