Need help trying to reach a website

I have been trying to get onto my state rifle and pistol associations website but for some reason it will not come up on my computer. I can pull it up on my phone strangely but not on my computer. I am just curious if anyone else is able to connect or not.

It is the Ohio Rifle and Pistol Association. The address is www.orpa.net
