Need help re: Bushnell scope, please

I have a 3-9x40mm High Contrast Optics Bushnell scope and I'm wondering where it fits in the range from economy to low or medium priced scopes. I got it with my used .243 in '01 and shoot it out to 300 yards.

I just bought an Elite 300 5-15x40 AO scope for the .22/250, how much better is this than the High Contrast? I like target & plinking the most but there are coyotes around too.

Oops...3200, typo.

Are you sure the Elite is not the 3200 version?

The Elite 3200 is the 2nd highest version in the top line of their scopes (with the Elite 4200 the highest.) It has some very good features and excellent glass.

I can't comment on the "High Contrast" scope. I don't know where it falls.
