leave any handguns out of state until you have a permit .What type of permit you can get depends on the judge. I don't know the age limit for pistol permit.
Folding or telescopic guns like an AR-15 are not legal and I assume that holds true for other long guns.

Unless you get your parents to sign off on it,you have to be 21YO to get a permit in NYS.
The shotguns , 700P and the 1911 are probably the only firearms you own that are NY compliant in their current state.
10 rd mag limit, assault weapons ban that mirrors the sunseted Federal ban.
All handguns coming into the state have to go through an FFL.
Cant possess or even touch a handgun in NYS without a permit.
It had better be some house.

as others have mentioned, You can not posses a handgun in NYS without a valid NYS pistol permit, and you are not a resident OR 21 - so there is no chance of getting one.

The post 1994 assault rifles are also illegal.

There is no minimum age requirement to obtain a pistol license in NYS if the individual has been honorably discharged from the US military. This is one of the very few things the state has ever done right.
