I need to know what manufacturer made this shotgun and where if anywhere to buy a replacement butt stock for it.

12 Gauge

Other #'s 12G 22H, listed on barrel and on receiver
763, on barrel
star proof mark on barrel
proof mark that looks like a key on barrel
