Need help identifying 6 shooter from movie Shanghai Noon

If anyone saw it, what did the character Roy O'Bannon carry? They looked very nice.
Do they make functional replicas of it for today's market?
 
I though the two guns that belonged to him were Colt Single Action Army revolvers (THE typical cowboy gun). They had some shiny fininish (nickel?) and white carved (ivory?) grips.

The ones that intrigued me a little (and that you may be talking about) are the two he had in the final shootout. These appeared to be some sort of early double-action revolvers (or maybe just double action revolvers made to look like single-actions so actors could shoot them faster).

But I've only seen the movie once, so I'm not sure - there was plenty of action to distract me from focusing too closely on the guns. I did enjoy the movie - kind of silly at times, but good entertainment.
