Need help finding gun books online.

J Michael Plaxco's "Shooting From Within" - can't find it (even on alleged publisher's site).

I can't find certain (obscure) books I've been told to look for like "Bulletproof mind" by Jeff cooper.


Are there any good sites to find these? I am particularly looking for Plaxco's book.


BTW - any references to good shooting/combat/mental preparedness audio tapes, and where to find them, also welcome.

Try eBay. I just found a copy of "Small Arms of the World". This book is out of print and the book sellers at the last gun show didn't know where to find it. Hope this helps.

Yes, Amazon, barnes and noble, etc. don't have Plaxco's book.

They're pretty sad when it comes to gun books, actually.

Try www.abebooks.com . You can search 7000 independent book stores at this site. I have found many gun related books that are out of print this way.

You may also want to try at www.bibliofind.com. While not quite as sophisticated or comprehensive as abebooks (the best that I have encountered), it is another possible tool.
