Need help determining age of S&W M29-2

I have another serial number question for you revolver gurus, since you did so well with the age of my Python Silhouette. I have a S&W Model 29-2 8 3/8" blue in mint condition with serial number N4257XX. I have been told that it was manufactured between 1969 and 1981. I'd like to get a little closer than that, if possible. Thanks in advance for your help.

Your Smith & Wesson model 29-2 with serial number N4257XX was
manufactuered between 1975-1977; as it falls into the S&W serial
number range of N190001 thru N430000.

I just found a Model 29-5, 6" barrel with unfluted cylinder and a wide serrated trigger. Appears to be >95%. Asking price was $650.00. It followed me home. Action was as smooth as butter. Could be a great deer gun.
