I thought this forum might be the place to turn.....
Trying to ID some handguns from photos. They are brandished in a video by a group of Gang Members repsonsible for several shootings and homicides (including the shooting of a 5 year old in broad daylight). Needless to say, the prosecutor's in my county don't want to charge based on just a photo (despite the fact that you, me and Santa Claus all can see that at least one of the handguns is real, not a toy or a replica) even though the persons involved are "certain persons not to possess" based upon prior convictions. So...... I need to be able to state, with a high degree of ceratinty what make/model these firearms are as a 1st step in convincing these spineless lawyers to move forward.
Therefore, i am asking if some of you experts/enthusiasts can look and give me your opinion.
Weapon #1 black semi auto, serial # silver tag can be seen on frame under the barre. have only frontal views of this weapon.
Weapon #2 silver semi auto with wood grips. Appears to have an exposed barrel and is smaller than #1. I have received opinions that it a broken firearm or a replica of some type. I believe it is some type of real firearm.
photos are attached.
Thanks for your help!
