need ammo suggestions for Sig 320 9mm

Hey guys, i just ordered a full size Sig 320 in 9mm from Cheaper than dirt. Does anyone have any suggestions as to good training ammo and defensive ammo for this model? Thanks!
 
I like Federal HST 124gr for carry-but if you like 147gr and/or +p, those are fine too. For trainng, just use the same weight as you carry. I use a lot of Freedom Munitions and Blazer
